Much is about to happen on your world! The dark cabalists have refused the eleventh-hour offer made by our Earth allies to surrender and allow an easy and peaceful transition of power [no surprise]. Their refusal has put the ball in our court, and we are now composing our response. Our liaisons have spent the last few days putting together the arrest strategy with those who will be physically carrying it out. We wish to do it in such a way that it does not lead to negative propaganda by those news networks most closely linked to the cabal.

We can, if necessary, require that a number of these controlled media sites be properly discredited and shut down. It is also necessary for major government officials in the cabal-led regimes to resign, as it is important to be publicly seen that a legal transfer of power is underway. We have had many preliminary talks with the designated officials and have received positive feedback on this particular option. We intend to apply this option and prepare our caretaker governments to begin the formal transition process.

Once these operations begin, a special group will coordinate the complex transitional phase with our Earth allies. The first requirement is to neutralize any dark-cabal media counterattack. The cabal is now literally fighting for its existence and it cannot tolerate anyone who does not obediently carry out a damaging propaganda campaign in the mainstream media and on the Internet. We are fully prepared for this and have even obtained their campaign plans [nothing is hidden or top secret]. Once the government resignations start, the first 72 hours must be handled very carefully.

We have briefed those liaisons involved and are ready to shut down a number of cable and network programming sites before they have a chance to air. The cabal has a vast propaganda network and it intends to engage it to the fullest degree. Our job is to prevent this, and to explain fully why it is necessary. We have video evidence in our hands that can be used to show the reasons behind our actions. This is to be a time of crisis that we are fully equipped to handle. It is no easy matter to overthrow and reverse 13 millennia of a planet's reality!

This phase of the transition is getting more difficult for our Earth allies and we have therefore intervened. Our headquarters for this phase is our main Mothership. The liaison teams assigned to each sector of our Earth allies are now using on-board technologies to monitor the cabal groups and listen in on their verbal and written communiqués as well as telepathically survey the leaders of these dark groups. This is confirming once again how exceptionally devious these leaders can be. But be assured that we are privy to everything they believe, think, and do.

In addition, we intend to employ one particular technology that ensures a swift, smooth surrender [Operation Stardust 2 as described by Cobra] . We are engaged in this deeper level of intervention because of the need to put this current impediment aside as quickly as possible. Heaven has given us a divine mandate that basically asks us to move this world forward to the point of transformation [now].

The landing group is now busy working on how and when to land the 'special' technicians who are to install technologies such as replicators, communicators, and healing devices. These technologies are mostly operated by the use of telepathy and we need to demonstrate how to restore this ability in your minds, as this will also make it a lot easier for you to interact with us. We see this restoration of one of your natural abilities as your first concrete step on the path to full consciousness.

These living Beings (technicians) will also teach you about the various realities that manifest once you begin to use these devices. You could say that this technology transfer signals the moment when you truly commit to your return to full consciousness. Heaven intends to greatly speed up the many things now happening to and within you. It is becoming increasingly apparent that not only has time sped up, but your new consciousness is getting to the point where you need to be moved, shortly after we arrive, to your respective Light Chambers in Inner Earth.

Our associates are busy with the aftereffects of the dark cabal's rejection of the offer to surrender to the Light. In many ways it was expected. We knew that the dark cabal, despite its declared approval of our plans, was in fact intending to launch a series of misinformation campaigns, the purpose of which was to confuse and repudiate those who follow various sources of Internet information concerning the Changes. They were hoping to sow consternation and doubt with an ever-intensifying attack upon the truth. Our associates, too, are well aware of these schemes and are initiating a series of actions that will swiftly remove the dark and its die-hard allies. Our role here is simply to prepare a plan that fulfills the gracious decrees of Heaven and frees you from the millennia-long grip of the dark.

As you well know by now, this plan includes a new global financial system and new governance. All of this is very close to being implemented. Our associates are completing the means to inform you properly and fully about how these plans are to be implemented. We have in place a series of formal announcements that will begin once the dark ones are removed from power around the planet. To do this, we are employing certain techniques that are part of a protocol presented to us by the Agarthans of Inner Earth and their galactic friends. This will smooth the way and permit the arrest phase to begin. Once done, we can proceed with the remainder of the plans that we previously mentioned. Your freedom will shortly be granted and the treasonous plans of the dark disallowed by the Light!

You have been doing this mostly at random, and what we now ask is for you to come together and freely choose a time for a wave of blessing intended to each day encircle the globe. Use your wonderful synergy to determine a time for this, and then begin this powerful practice. As you start on this, we will join in with you. This blessing is from all our hearts. Let us use this to bring peace and joy to all. This magnificent energy can unify all of us to manifest a new and sacred Way for Mother Earth! Heaven is giving us a divine plan that frees us from the dark's reign and returns us to full consciousness. Let us be in praise of the Light and its infinite wonders!  Events are now underway that is shortly to alter the very nature of this reality and return you to full consciousness.


My comments:  Much new information is given here, although it is still only talk at this time.  Those who enforce these arrests have had problems as expected so ET intervention has been approved, and the controlled media may need some assistance also to finally report the truth since they are still Cabal mercenaries.  Communications using satellites and microwave towers can be shut down by ETs if needed in order to bring us more accurate news. 

Drake said that starting Tuesday June 26 the positive military and others are given the right to make arrests, so we need proof now that they will perform as they have promised and not follow the actions of the Cabal who are experts at lying and delaying any changes.  These arrests will be difficult because many would rather die first, and they are surrounded by security personnel who are loyal to the Cabal, so those who participate could face conflicts with some of their old "friends". It appears that Cobra and his resistance movement provided the kick-start momentum to bring this about, but more kicks are needed.

Many ET advanced technologies are available that are beyond our imagination, but they cannot be introduced until the Cabal arrests and other changes are made.  He mentions replicators, communicators, and healing devices that are available, and those who will operate them will need to be taught how to use them.  Replicators can make exact copies of everything including gold ($$$) which could make many industries obsolete and bring abundance to all.  

Scanners and computers can be used to determine and design what items will be reproduced, and Sheldan added telepathy to this list of tools.  Replicators are a primitive method of creation that is not needed in higher dimensions because we can design an object with our minds and by our intentions have it appear before our eyes instantly.  This power can be abused, and some abusers could start over in 3D again elsewhere.

ET power packs are available that would allow each home to disconnect from the electric grid and free us from this Cabal control.  One company 10 years ago offered a similar free energy system based on magnetic generators, and the owner was arrested and his company was shut down.  Some of those who signed up for this had visits from the "men in black" reptilians.  There are other devices like this that the Cabal has prevented distribution of because they want money and control of everything.  

Cobra also mentioned instant teleporters that could become available.  Drunvalo spoke of children in Mexico and China who have been trained to see with their eyes closed and blindfolded, and this could help the blind see again.  This vision appears like an image on a PC monitor, and he saw proof of this personally.  Most people scoff at this because society says it is only a hoax.

One of the secret tools of the some societies has been telepathy that they have taught to their chosen members, and remote viewing has been used to allow people to see visions of areas like Mars and ancient Atlantis remotely at different times in history, although 2013 and beyond has been blocked until now since certain human actions can affect our future and viewers could use this to alter these coming events.  Some even viewed the murder of Jesus 2,000 years ago by the banksters that he condemned.  The black-ops programs still use remote viewing even though it has been officially shut down.  Atlantis was warned before its destruction, but most thought it was a hoax and didn't take it seriously, believing that it would last forever like most here believe now that Earth will continue forever in its present form.  To many Atlantis is only a myth since all evidence of its existence is gone. 

ET communicators allow translations of all languages which would break the Anunnaki Tower of Babel control and would allow communications with ETs and mankind, thus bringing unity back to this world.  These are small devices that can be worn as a pin on clothing that would allow us to speak to anyone in any language.  Healing devices could shut down drug companies that sell poisons and doctors that prescribe these drugs.  Everything is a disease that must be treated with drugs and surgery as mandated by the AMA and FDA Corporations, and any other treatments could put you in jail.  In his Webinar he also speaks of TVs that could give holographic projections and sonic showers that could do away with toilets and other waste which is returned to energy.

The metamorphic Light chambers are living organic beings of Light that will be available, and they were reportedly developed in inner Earth Agartha.  This process is similar to a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly which will bring us back to full consciousness and remove the dark programming and microchip implants and other poisons.  The video evidence that is mentioned here is vast since all crimes that have been committed have been recorded by ETs on-board and are available in Akashic Records, and whistleblowers who have described these crimes have given video testimonies also, some of which are available on YouTube.  Some of the Cabal may give evidence of the actions of others in court in order to receive lighter sentences which is known as plea bargaining.

The new financial system will need a "reboot" as Cobra said which means that banks will be shut down for a while so that this new system can be completed.  This could mean that many businesses like banks and governments will shut down for a few days or even a week or more until these changes can be implemented, so it is best to prepare in advance with emergency food and money in case of problems.  The Cabal will do everything they can to prevent this change. Besides new temporary governments that will replace the Cabal until elections occur this summer there will be UFO and ET disclosures, and later this year the Agarthans plan to introduce themselves to us.  Much of this has been discussed by Sheldan for the past 10 years, so seeing is believing.

I have been critical of non-actions and delays at times because this change is what mankind as a whole wants now, and some of the feelings that are expressed here are theirs not mine.  When you tell people that these events will occur they think you are either crazy or are lying since this has never happened since this era began over 6,000 years ago, and our leaders have kept us ignorant of these truths so that they can control us.  Many are still skeptical that any change will ever occur.

The plans that have been made have been very extensive and have taken much time, thus causing delays also, but time is almost over in 3D here so it is time to get serious. It appears that the Galactics are finally seeing the need for some intervention since we are living in a maximum security prison that is owned and operated by the Cabal, and the Pleiadians can feel our pain because they think like us, and some even live here amongst us.

I have left out the phrase "We are your Ascended Masters" that Sheldan uses since Elders like OM say that only those who have died and escaped reincarnation and now live in higher dimensions can claim this title.  Many gurus and spiritual teachers claim to be masters so they will get a larger following and more money.  Sheldan is actually saying that they are fully conscious beings who exist in 3D on a higher vibrational level and have a better understanding of what is going on than us brainwashed humans (they live in a unified 3D with carbon bodies). 

Sheldan insists that all 7 billion humans can be transferred to inner Earth to be transformed in these Light chambers which seems unlikely (many will not approve of it even if they could), and the Angels say that Agartha will experience the same upheavals that will occur on the surface.  The Divine plan has always been for a new Earth, not a better Earth.  The Galactics are basing their plans on past experiences because that is all they know, even though the Andromedan ETs and Angels say our universe will experience a transformation that has never existed before, and we will enter the higher realms of the unknown.

These cigar or rod shaped UFOs have been captured for decades by cameras and are now more easily visible by digital cameras because they can see in a frequency that is beyond our visible spectrum.  Sometimes taking pictures of the sky will reveal these UFOs that are invisible to us now and can be a surprise, while others are only visible using infrared cameras.  There will come a time shortly (hopefully) when we will see various types and styles of UFOs and will consider them just as normal as airplanes, but they are still cloaked at present.  The Cabal and NASA know that they and ETs exist, but admitting that would mean that they aren't top dog here and don't control everything including us. I still hear Angelic choirs at times during meditations and other activities similar to the opening music in this video, but they have often been over-ridden by HAARP and microwave voice programming at certain hours.

Both Congressmen recently received $25 million in contributions from the Friends of Zionism (FIZ). GOP nominee Mitt Romney [Zionist puppet] quickly placed calls both to Prime Minister Netanyahu and Sheldon Adelson to express his “deep and profound pleasure” at the bill’s passage. In an address to the Iowa Jewish Farmers Association, Romney added, 'A bottle rocket falling into an Israeli corn field is a rocket into an American corn field, and we agree that it is an act of war. War with a silver lining.'  Citizens who own American flags should proceed to their nearest Post Office to receive their free Star of David patch, which includes a convenient flag-ready VELCRO® backing."  

Upon further study by some the Star of David story appears to be just a joke, although there is much truth in it. The two Congressmen are not listed on any web page apart from this story so they appear to be fictitious like the corporations under admiralty law and the strawman entities that we are considered in our legal system.  Israel is still the 51st state in theory since they control most of what goes on in the US and in Congress, and they would like it to become legal also.  Some Christians call the Middle East and Israel the Holy Land, but it as holy as swiss cheese ever since Israel moved in. It should instead be called Hell.  July 4th should be called Slave Day instead of Independence Day since the US is still a British colony run by the Jewish Rothschild banksters and their private Federal Reserve Corp. 

Time is running out and nothing has changed yet.  There have been no arrests so far and we are getting impatient, and most believe nothing will change.  Although these promises are great they are just words now until they are proven to be true by a new reality.  Hopefully ETs will become serious about change and these promises to us will become truth, but only time will tell.

Cobra - Operation Stardust 2 - No Cabal Surrender and Mass Arrests

It is obvious at this point that the Cabal as a whole does not want to surrender. The plan of the mass arrests continues. This time of negotiations has not been spent in vain. The Cabal has been given its chance. The generous offer has been refused. This protocol has finally allowed the positive ET forces to start taking some action. According to the Galactic Codex, section IV/2, The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary.

This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force.  The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance to the local Positive Military in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Operation Stardust 2 was carried out by the Pleiadian Fleet from the orbit of planet Earth. Stardust is the codename of a special advanced nanotechnology. It is a dust made of small nanoparticles that were sprayed into the physical bodies of the members of the Cabal and their minions (think “cosmic chemtrails”). This nanodust can not be removed by any technology known on Earth. Its activation has two phases.

The first phase blocks the central nervous system immediately and a person can not move.  The second phase kills the person. It will be activated at the time of the Event to block members of the Cabal trying to do any harm. In vast majority of cases Phase 1 activation will be sufficient. The purpose of the Operation Stardust is to counteract any negative effects of Doom 33 that the Cabal might want to use at that point. In combination with the Positive Military action, this basically check-mates the power of the Cabal. This technology will NOT be activated before the Event. At the Event, the Positive Military and civilian authority will still need to do their part. The purpose of this operation is to make it easier for them.

If high-ranking members of the Cabal need to have proof that Operation Stardust 2 is real, this proof can be arranged. I would still suggest them to surrender before the Event takes place or even during the Event itself. Those that surrender and cooperate with the Light forces will be treated with much more forgiveness. I would also like to stress that most of the members of the Cabal families are not guilty and need healing, not condemnation. As I have said many times, I do not know when the Event will happen. No human being knows, only our Source does. Yes it can happen in a few days. But no guarantees. Cobra on the Surrender of the Cabal - June 13 2012

Stephen Coo interviews Cobra who has become a strong and sometimes controversial voice within the Lightworker community - organizing a series of mass meditations and posting intel to assist the liberation of our planet from the dark.  His first blog was given on March 31, 2012, so he is a relatively new messenger. Stephen said that he has an ET lineage that is Arcturian where the Angels say most who continue in 3D will be evacuated to during ascension.

"In this revealing conversation - which uses voice modulation technology to protect Cobra's identity - Cobra talks about the negotiations for the surrender of the Cabal, the mass arrests, why things have been delayed, "rebooting The Grid", the world financial system, the Archons, the Rothschilds, the Rockefellers and nuclear weaponry. It includes intimate revelations about Cobra's Pleaidian history and teleportation to a starship; Cobra's intel and knowledge on Ascension, Disclosure, New Technologies, and recent events (the Eclipse and Venus Transit). His voice modulation makes it difficult at times to understand him, so downloading the free mp3 and replaying certain parts may help decode it. He has had several assassination attempts along with some of his resistance movement workers so he wishes to remain anonymous.   There are 20 million ET resistance movement workers that are here now who are involved in this Cabal removal who will become involved in this process if needed.  He is a Pleaidian contactee who was teleported to a small scout ship where he viewed his previous lives, this solar system, and was shown his mission now in 2012. He wanted to remain with these ETs but was told he had to return to complete his work.  He was traditionally born into a normal family but kept much of his previous ET knowledge, and he said his family doesn't know about his ET work yet.

Certain Cabal factions claim that they wish to surrender, and the deadline has been set for June 21 which is the summer solstice in this leap year of 2012.  Normally June 20 is the date for the start of summer.  Cobra said that the date for their surrender of April 2012 was given to him 10 years ago, and the Cabal will be removed this year one way or another.  Terms of this surrender involve a world-wide televised broadcast in which they will formally announce their surrender and will step down permanently, but Cobra said the likelihood of this action is only about 50% which seems accurate. 

The Cabal is good at lying and delaying anything that would obstruct status quo, so this action is questionable at best.  If this deadline is not met mass arrests will begin as planned, and punishment will be much more severe.  If there is no surrender banks will be shut down indefinitely which will shut down governments also since they need money to operate. This surrender primarily involves factions of the Rothschild and Rockefeller banksters and not the entire Cabal, and this will begin the start of changes that have been promised for months. Until this is complete there will be no disclosures or other promised events.  There is no way to determine what effects will result from these disclosures since on Earth unlike any other worlds mankind has been so brain washed that they believe all of the lies they are told, so finding out that our leaders are criminals may be hard for some to accept initially.

After the Cabal is removed 1st contact with ETs will occur.  The Pleaidians will primarily be the first ETs we will have contact with because they look and think like us.  This ET contact will begin with a few select people and will be expanded to the media later once the Cabal is removed, and there will be mass fly-overs world-wide so people can adjust to these ships.  I feel that this is needed because they will be used to evacuate mankind before the pole shift and ascension begin.  Mother Mary will make this announcement 3 days before the 3 days of darkness when Earth will stop its rotation and then reverse.  There will be a new government that has already been chosen and trained as Mr. Nidle has stated.  The UN in NY under new leadership will probably be used for the first initial official ET contact with the world.

The reptilian Archons (rulers) have controlled this 3D matrix for 1000s of years from the astral dimensions (4th) as the Gnostics have said, and recently many of them have been removed.  The Earth based Archons are the Jesuits who are the Vatican mafia which has enforced this slave control on mankind for over 400 years, and they in turn control the central banksters who control the world using their fiat money.  The Zionists are subordinate to the Jesuits who have lost much of their power recently.  The astrals and duality will not exist in the future, so the awakening of humanity will be much easier for all.  The Angels say time is not important since we will have all eternity to surrender to the Light and rejoin our Divine family.  Cobra says that he meditates daily in communion with the Source or Creator as I call Him.

There are many new advanced technologies that will be introduced later like replicators that can make 1000s of exact copies of anything that is scanned including food, and Sheldan and others have discussed this earlier.  They can be connected to a computer to instantly produce anything that has been designed, and this may be used to build homes and other items.  Factories that use slave labor could be shut down permanently, and money will be so abundant that it and jobs will not be a problem.  Almost instant teleportation will be introduced so there will be no need for airlines and TSA scanners.

ET clones have been used in the past but have not been used for the past 10 years although he did not discuss the numerous Cabal clones that still exist.  Some Rothschild and Jesuit factions have people buried deep in the military that have had access to nuclear codes, but WW3 and Armageddon have been prevented by ETs many times over the past 50 years.  Most channelers are not completely reliable because the information is filtered by the mind and is thus distorted. Cobra said only a certain number will be able to ascend now to 5D due to their higher vibration, and this will only be discussed from an ET standpoint (not from a Divine view) after the Cabal is removed.  He said that the religious teaching that is most accurate is what is taught in India and other Eastern countries due to their emphasis on enlightenment.

This is only talk so far and although it sounds accurate we will only know its truth when it becomes a reality.  It could occur instantly and peacefully or violently depending on whether the Cabal surrenders or not, but only time will tell.
